Submission Rules and Information
Abstracts will be sent online via the congress website under the titles of oral presentation and poster presentation. Abstracts sent via e-mail, mail, etc. will not be accepted. Please write your preference for “Oral Presentation” or “Poster Presentation” in the comments section at the bottom of the page while uploading your abstracts.
Papers include scientific studies. Original research papers should be in the form of “Introduction and Objective, Materials and Methods, Results, Discussion and Conclusion”. Case reports and non-invited reviews should be structured as “Introduction and Objective, Case Report, Discussion and Conclusion”. Case reports and non-invited reviews will be accepted as poster presentations.
Abstracts should be submitted in English and full papers in English or Turkish. If oral presentations are accepted, the presentation language can be Turkish or English.
The total word count of abstracts (excluding references, table and image captions) should not exceed 500 words.
While uploading the abstracts to the system, a maximum of 4 pictures and/or 2 tables explaining the presented paper should be uploaded to the system. In the uploaded images, patient, hospital-department information should be removed, the images should be named as ‘a,b,c’ etc., and the findings in the images should be marked with markers such as ‘arrow, arrowhead’ etc. Any information that expresses the identity of the authors, directly or indirectly, should be hidden in the manuscript.
After the papers are evaluated by the referees, the acceptance of the papers will be notified by e-mail.
The author presenting the paper for oral presentations and at least one author in the author list for electronic poster presentations must be registered for the congress.
The papers of authors who have not registered for the congress will not be included in the online congress proceedings book.
Depending on the authors’ request, full text papers will be evaluated separately after the acceptance of abstracts. Full text papers should be maximum 1500 words in length.
Papers can be uploaded to the system as abstracts and if accepted, they can be uploaded as full text papers. In addition, authors who wish can choose to keep their accepted abstracts as abstracts without uploading the full-text version.
About Poster Proceedings
The poster should be prepared as a single piece with a width of 70 cm and a length of 90 cm. The names of the authors should be written without title and the name of the author who will present the poster should be underlined. Posters must be hung in the appropriate place on the date and time announced by the organizing committee.

Submission Deadline
The deadline for abstract submission has been set as November 25, 2023
Full text submission deadline for accepted papers is November 27, 2023 by the Congress Scientific Committee.
